What Is This?

Principle Vitality is a blog that discusses and explores wellbeing from a holistic perspective, that is, from an outlook that integrates wide ranging subject matter, then applies it towards the health of our whole being: mind, body, and spirit.

The Author, while maintaining diverse and eclectic interests, has long had a passion for the subject of personal health and vitality. Beyond this blog, he has taken this passion and is currently pursuing certification in the Core Wellness Coach program with the Academy of Comprehensive Integrative Medicine (ACIM), and is training to be a Tai Chi and Chi Gong Instructor.
